Mindanao Displacement Dashboard February 2016 The Protection Cluster has reported a total of 69,321 persons displaced in Mindanao in February. The major displacement incidents documented were mainly triggered by the ongoing Law Enforcement Operation of government forces against the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters in Maguindanao and the armed conflict in Butig, Lanao del Sur.
